We have Premier Desktop version, can we only upgrade the payroll portion or do we have to completely upgrade QB? Please don’t recommend the relief option, we have already completed out PPP application. I cannot find that anywhere in my onliine account. I log in there, select the Quickbooks Desktop, I can see that Quickbooks Premier , however, there is nothing in there concerning the Account Connect service that we had signed up for.

I bought Quickbooks Enterprise but I was asked to subscribe again. What should I do to continue using the software? We are not allowed to reinstall any outdated QB Desktop Enterprise any longer i. Every QuickBooks Desktop’s online services and support are only good for three years, but it doesn’t mean you can’t use the product anymore. You can still use it offline for creating invoices and other transactions.

However, please note the Enterprise flavor is the highest one, so there are features and services that you won’t be able to use. See the product comparison for more details. As for the installation of QuickBooks Enterprise and other unsupported versions, the support team will assist you with it as long as they have been installed before.

For example, if a client has a new PC and needs to install old QuickBooks to it. They can give you a code to activate the product but cannot support any further troubleshooting if there are issues.
