Is there a particular image that will cause the option not to appear? Or is it absent regardless of what is on the clipboard? A thousand kudos for the Photos extension, now I can have beautiful Pixelmator Pro inside a workflow environment!
This feature is really much appreciated. Keep up with the great work guys. Shoot us a quick email. Not really. There were a few reasons for this. One: when Pixelmator Pro came out, a significant number of people would not have been able to run it as the app is built using new technologies that require a relatively new Mac.
Two: Some of the changes might have been too drastic for a lot of people. For those two reasons and a few others , it made the most sense to release Pixelmator Pro as a brand new app. We have now removed Pixelmator Classic from App Store and will eventually stop updating it.
Anyone who has already bought it will be able to redownload it, of course — just like any other Mac app. You can download it here. We want to make it more powerful, more full-featured, and even easier to use.
