Hi – I would be grateful of any advise on newly purchased Office bought downloaded downolad. All applications bar Word appear to launch OK. Once or twice I have managed to launch Word in Safe mode but upon closing and re-opening it won’t load again either in safe mode or normal mode.
I have followed the repair process – local and on-line to no avail. I have unloaded and reloaded post full download again and it’s the same. I get a Window prompting me to chooses ‘safe micrsooft as Word ‘did not start last time’ which I select and then nothing.

Thanks for your feedback. You can reinstall your Office from your Office Account. However, as you appear to say that you have reinstalled Office already I suggest that you use the Microsoft Uninstall Tool to completely remove Office from your computer before reinstalling from your Office Account.
