Hello, Realtek was removed from my laptop manually through the control panel and I would like to reinstall it. I’ve gone to the website and all of the downloads didn’t fix my issue. I’ve installed some of them and didn’t work.

I’ve contacted support about it and they just said to manually reinstall the audio driver from the My Devices page, which hasn’t fixed my issue.

I’ve also followed a lot of tutorials and none of them worked or didn’t match the issue I’m having. Am I going to factory reset my laptop just to get the driver back? I’ve been dealing with this issue for a month and I’ve done everything but ask the community for help, so I’m unsure what to do at this point besides just to factory reset.
