Now, go to your C drive and find «Program Files» and cut and paste the «Full Throttle» file right there. Now simply click the ‘choose’ button and the game is at least playable! To play full screen go to the graphics tab and be sure to click ‘override global graphic settings’ and check the ‘full screen mode’. Oh the good ‘ole days when LucasArts still made great products. As another reviewer states, you need to use scummvm to run this game properly but I had to do a little more research as to which files needed to be transferred for Full Throttle onto scummvm. If you search for which files are needed for Full Throttle, you will easily find a forum which lists the correct files. If you want a specific site, I can direct you to it, just ask.
