I am a seasoned IT consultant, and have already performed numerous steps to correct the errors on both workstations experiencing the issues. The operating system and all installed applications are the latest versions with all applicable updates installed.

Scan and repair of the company file via QuickBooks File Doctor. Only minor inconsistencies found in the file. Deleted and recreated the network share, set appropriate share and user permissions. Verified QuickBooks Server Manager is functioning normally.
Created a new QuickBooks user account for one of the users with the issue. The other user is Admin, so no way to create a new account at least nothing that is published by Intuit for public consumption.
Which raises another question; How do I correct user issues with Admin if I cannot delete and recreate the account? However, I’ll save that question for another time, unless it is pertinent to the current issue.
